Good teammates are really important because they are always there to help you push through your limits and make sure you play to the best of your abilities. Having bad teammates is not a good environment you want to be around because it can bring you and your teammates down. Girls swim and dive has individual and relay races, But you still need everyone to perform well and have a positive attitude to be able to defeat the opposing team.
Having teammates that you enjoy being around and helping you through the season can create a bond that will last forever. When you are a team you are around them alot, during practice, at meets or games and even outside or inside school. You should always try to do your best at being positive with your teammates and never bring a negative attitude even when things go hard sometimes.
Hamilton girls swim and dive team have been really good teammates, they have been doing really good this year at cheering them on, being kind and positive. Hamilton is doing excellent this season on winning their meets and having a lot of people qualifying for state. You should always try your best to be a good teammate; only positive outcomes will come out of that.
