What Happened: The Hawkeyes dropped a hard-fought meet to the Holland Christian Maroons at home on Tuesday.
What Does This Mean: The boys’ swim and dive team lost another close match to a tough opponent with a larger roster and came ready to face the Hawkeyes at home.
Key Player: Senior Trey Nyboer took first in the 500-yard free scoring 6 points for the Hawkeyes to keep the meet close.
They Said It: ” I think that even though it was not fun to lose we had some very good swims out of our team and I think that we can build off of it and be prepared to swim fast at conference. ” – Trey Nyboer
