Freshman girl Leah Brink is now on the Varsity Girls Basketball team, an excellent 3-point shooter, and a fierce guard. She loves driving to the basket and making perfect passes to her teammates.
Leah’s favorite thing about varsity basketball is the team and how it slowly turns into one big family. She wants to play basketball in college but not turn basketball into a full-time career.
Despite her excellent guarding skills, Leah enjoys offense more than defense overall. When asked about her team, Leah said that to become a family, you must be encouraging and motivated.
She is always helping the team in every way she can to grow together and improve. What the athlete said: “Give your 100% before, during, and after the game.” She has played basketball throughout middle school and will keep it up through high school.
For many reasons, Leah Brink likes basketball, including the team, the adrenaline rush, the feeling of being part of a family, and the opportunity to showcase her skills on the court.
For Leah, basketball is not just about winning, it’s about playing the game she loves and having fun with her teammates. She believes that the best part about playing on a team is the bond that forms between players, as they work together to achieve a common goal. Leah enjoys the challenge of putting all her skills together on the court and pushing herself to be the best she can be.
The strength Leah holds with her skills finds many strengths on the court. Her obvious best skills include her ability to drive to the basket, scan the court, and look for open passes. She is known for making great passes and using her speed.
Always giving her 100 percent, Leah shows great courage on the court. Her determination and skill have helped her become an important part of her team, and she is always looking for ways to improve her game and help her team succeed.
Failing to impress is not known by Leah Brink. The audience with her performance. She is known for her ability to block shots and take advantage of bad dribblers on the opposing team. Leah’s driving skills are also exceptional, and she is always looking for opportunities to drive to the basket and score points for her team.
Determination and focus on the court are evident in every game, and Leah is always looking for ways to improve her skills and help her team succeed. Overall, Leah is a valuable asset to any team and a joy to watch on the court.
