Many students love the idea of having physical education as a class they can take in school. There are many sports a student can participate in to improve their physical and mental health in a positive way. Sports and other physical activities can have a positive impact on a student’s education in the classroom as well. Playing sports or participating in physical activity can increase a students ability to learn and apply new skills and knowledge to help them in the classroom. Playing sports can also help a student pay better attention to instructions and what is being said in the classroom.

Participating in high school sports gives high school students an incentive to strive and get good grades so they can play in their sports games. Sports can also help students gain college approval and academic success so they can have a well rounded and good school background as they grow older and go into their future.

Therefore performing better than those who are less active on a daily basis. In conclusion, playing high school sports and being physically active on a daily basis will result in a higher GPA and higher test scores. Playing high school sports will also help you as a student pay better attention in the classroom and it gives you a higher chance at making it into a college you want to go to.
